RULING ON REVIEW

This court delivered a judgment dated 30.10.2020 and distributed the estate of the deceased in respect to land parcel No. Ndivisi/Ndivisi/246 and by error left out distribution of parcel NO. Ndivisi/Ndivisi/219 which was also part of the estate to be distributed.

In application of Nanzushi Advocate for the objector, this court has noted the error. The court therefore reviews the distribution made on 30.10.2020. The court therefore distributes the estate of the deceased as here under:
